OUR STORY
Hi we are Eden & Salem a couple from Southland, NZ
Eden knows first hand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by fitness, nutrition, and supplements. At her heaviest, Eden weighed 130kg—lost in a cycle of fad diets, quick fixes, and misleading products.
Over time, Eden learned that progress isn’t about magic pills or extreme shortcuts—it’s about the getting right nutrition, movement, and consistency. This also came with a lot of trial and error, discovering what supplements actually supported her goals and what supplements were just there to exploit her naivety.
Through hard work, strength training, and proper fueling, Eden dropped to 77kg and continue to work towards 65kg. The motivation, was and is to be a healthier role model for her two young children. They are an active, outdoorsy family and she didn't want to let her bad habits be caught weighing down her family from having fun. Also, the way Eden felt within her body had a massive negative effect on her confidence.
Throughout Eden's journey to being physically healthier, she quickly became frustrated with how misleading the supplement industry could be. Products were either filled with fluff ingredients, disguised as "fat burners," or overloaded with stimulants that left her feeling jittery and sick.
She knew there had to be a better way.
So, Eden & Salem decided to create one that only had ingredients they could actually benefit from.
